SABA President’s message

 

Greeting to all friends, SABA members and fellow beekeepers, I first want to thank everyone for their continuing support in keeping our association an enthusiastic learning experience for all.

 

With our ever growing memberships and our diversity of experience I hope that we continue to encourage members and guests to participate in the many opportunities within SABA.

 

 

I know for myself without taking advantage of the mentoring program and gaining experience from others I would be still reviewing “Beekeeping For Dummies” and wishing I had a healthy colony of bees.

 

We will strive to offer the best available educational classes, training seminars, and public presentations to our members and guest.   Had I not used these recourses and not attended the classes, I would still be wondering why bees do what they do and sting me so much. Instead I continue to learn from the information that is current and very reputable.

 

Successful beekeeping isn’t accomplished by attending a meeting or two or by reading a book. It’s about being involved with others and sharing ideas thoughts accomplishments and defeats with one another. Take advantage of the wonderful blessings SABA offers. Because you're one of the blessings.
